Currently, we are looking for senior developers with experience leading the team and working closely with product owners.
In this role, you will join our team as senior developers who are passionate about practicing value engineering while solving difficult challenges. Responsibilities include:
- Supports scope and estimation of client project development work
- Drafting a technical architecture plan for implementation
- Communicate directly with clients to adjust project scope with budgets and timelines
- Own project success by looking at team speed, project scope, budget and timeline
- Support more junior team members through code reviews and advice
- Contribution to the project as an individual contributor and lead

Ability is required:
- Rich backend experiences using Ruby on Rails, Elixir Phoenix, or node.js framework
- JavaScript framework experience (React + next.js, vue, or svelte) and love for typescripts
- Flowability of SQL and database operations, and experience with one of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or SQLite.
- The flow ency of HTTP, status codes, security standards, and other web protocols and patterns.
- A wealth of experience in designing APIs and REST and GRAPHQL knowledge, as well as JWTS and OAUTH 2.0 authentication strategies.
- A central understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure experience and best practices such as IAM and qualification management.
- Production experience with PAAS providers such as Heroku, Render, Cloud66, Vercel, and Gigalixir.
