We are looking for talented web developers/designers, have WebFlow expertise and are participating in the talent pool. The ideal candidate is comfortable at the intersection of design and development, passionately about realizing concepts through innovative solutions, paying close attention to crafting, committing to urgent problem solving and shipping.
what you do
- Develop and manage your Webflow sites to ensure technical stewardship, including robust site architecture, ABM infrastructure, analytics, and ease of use of CMS.
- Partner closely with marketing, design and other functional areas to transform visual or content concepts into a functional, intuitive and beautiful web experience.
- Proactive and thorough triage priorities across new initiatives and continuous maintenance and improvements.
- Build or advise other web/digital initiatives (e.g. emails, webinars) that may require technical knowledge
What we’re looking for
- Over 5 years of experience in Webflow Web development/design.
- Design/Developer Hybrid Background.
- He is proficient in excellent UX and visual design principles, and has the ability to read between lines to carry out his creative vision.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills with the ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities.
