On Monday, the Senate confirmed Charles Kushner to serve as an ambassador in France and Monaco.

Kushner was confirmed by a vote of 51-45.

Kushner was pardoned by Trump during the first term of office of the president, including the tax evasion of the federal government and the FEC violations. Kushner owed 18 cases in 2005 and served in prison for two years.

When Kushner appeared at the beginning of this month before the Senate Committee on his hearing to this position, Kushner informed the committee that he had made “very, very serious mistakes”.

But he told the committee that he believed that his mistakes had “better with my judgment, better in my view of life, better in my values, to make me really more qualified to do this job.”

Kushner is the father of Trump’s son -in -law and former consultant Jared Kushner.
