\NPIP Labs is looking for a keen and resourceful visual designer to join the brand design team. This is an influential role for those who thrive in a fast-moving environment, bring strong communication skills and have experience working within a fast-paced high-tech startup. Work closely with the head of design, art director and marketing team to help bring stories (programmable IP L1 blockchain) beyond branded surfaces to the lives of the entire branded surface. I’m looking for someone who’s been battle tested in a startup environment. The execution is fasted, the feedback loop becomes clear and you are comfortable owning the entire project from start to finish. Collaborate on key product and brand launches with marketing, content and community teams, including high quality visuals across brand surfaces, including social, social, marketing campaigns, events, content drops, etc.\n*Event Design Work for the Revitalization of High Profile Industry (Ethdenver, Korea Blockchain Week) Various formats and audience assets\n*Aided in the evolution of our internal file management and design ops process typography, and clean visual systems\n*Comfortable work across multiple formats and channels ran on the project, managed feedback cycles, and concluded without terribly closing. Economy\n\n\n\n\nnice:\n* Experience working with web3 or crypto-native brands\n* Based on similar jobs, Web3, designer, senior and marketing jobs related to past work design in agency environments with recognizable brands.
