⛰⛰️Account Lead Roll
As a senior account lead at Garden3D, he owns an end-to-end client experience and revenue portfolio of 30 people, from 600 people per year, specialized in digital design and development.
It plays a crucial role in driving account growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the profitability of your projects. This role is perfect for strategic relationship builders with a keen eye for details and extensive experience managing complex engagements.
Beyond high-level account monitoring, develop multi-year growth plans, lead executive-level conversations, implement clear governance and change management processes, keep projects within budget and align with business goals over time. You will partner closely with our founders and our sensual team will lead to translating Garden3D’s strategic vision into concrete results for our clients and our revenues.

At Garden3D, we believe that those who drive the shoulders are the most responsible, and those who create the greatest impact should be paid accordingly.
Thus – this role provides a committee-based compensation model that functions like a law firm partner and grows with success in the role. This structure also encourages knowledge sharing and mentorship as it recognizes deep expertise and accountability and invests in developing high-performance teammates.
→An account-driven role is paid up to one year per project, 8% of all total revenues that will take lives from new business to completion and beyond. Additionally, this role receives dividends on quarterly profit shares.
Our business receives approximately 100-150 leads per year. A highly accountable, competent and ambitious senior account lead that has built a complete roster of client projects based on current revenue patterns. $150,000 – Over $300,000 per year.

Our senior accounts lead champions at every stage of the sales cycle. This prevents a seamless client transition from the first outreach to delivery through outbound investigation and handoff.
Own the health of your pipeline, create persuasive suggestions, and work with the marketing and distribution teams to protect both your brand’s reputation and revenue goals.

Using deep industry insights, they diagnose client challenges and clarify customized solutions to suit business outcomes. Through a value-based framework and skillful contract negotiation, they ensure agreements that maximize client ROI and maximize Garden3D profitability.

Establishing a regular rhythm of check-in and supporting your team will lead to predicting your needs, surface risks and milestones. This positive communication style builds trust, keeps your projects on track, and turns your clients into supporters.

Qualifications:
🔑 You must have:
- Demonstrating the success of new business with digital design, development agents (or similar)
- Minimum $1 million in net profits closed over the past three years – $2.5 million in net profits closed across multiple verticals
- In-depth understanding of the lifecycle of digital products (UX/UI, front-end, back-end, mobile, DevOps)
- Complete flow ency in every part of daily project management, including deliverable documentation, tracking times, QA checkpoints, and retreating scope requests.
- Proven ability to navigate complex RFP processes, negotiate terms and business-wide transactions
- Professional use of CRM and pipeline management platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Use data analysis and forecasts comfortably to optimize resource allocation and pricing strategies
- Create exceptional storytelling abilities, compelling suggestions and pitches
- A sophisticated session of clients’ workshops, leading sophisticated clients’ workshops and design sessions
- Located between Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8) and Central European Time (UTC+2)
