A run-in with a competing recutation manager at Mel’s drive-in, attack weapons with illegally discovered serial numbers and a sexual performance in the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Central Park West were some of the topics that the juries heard in the Sean Combs criminal proceedings on Tuesday when the prosecutors tried to build their case with the rap mogul.
In almost six hours of testimony on the 11th day of the court proceedings, the Federal Prosecutor’s Office called in the former personal assistants of the Combs, a federal agent, the mother of the government of the government and a sex worker “The Punisher”.
They argued that this contributed to proving the length of proving the length, for which Combs was willing to benefit from a criminal company and protect what they claimed.
Combs did not know his guilty, and his lawyers argued that his private behavior in the bedroom was not a sex trade. His lawyers have argued that any violence claimed by witnesses were driven by love, jealousy and drug use – not from the desire to force someone to sex.
The public prosecutor is planning to continue their case on Wednesday by dawn Hughes, a psychologist who specializes in sex trauma, George Kaplan, former assistant to Combs and Scott Mescudi, the rapper known as Kid Cudi and the briefly with Combs’ former friend Cassie Ventura.
The public prosecutor’s office Madison Smizer, Gerard Gannon, is investigating the investigations by the home protection authority, as evidence for the upper recipients of AR-15 rifles, which during a search at Sean “Diddy ‘sex trade in New York City, on May 20, 2025, questions a evidence for the upper recipient of AR-15 rifles.

The former Combs assistant testifies to the encounter with Suge Knight
The unique personal assistant of Combs, David James, told the jury about the broad range of tasks that he did for the rap mogul: from the storage of hotel rooms and allegedly buying drugs to the driver, when combined with several weapons-wanted to confront the rival recutive Executive Marion “suge”.
For the first time, the jurors heard of the alleged interaction between Combs and Knight during the testimony of the ex-girlfriend of Combs, Cassie Ventura. It allegedly came in around 2008 or 2009 and was a moment when it threatened to train the violent story between the titans of rap music from the 90s and the long-term rivalries between the east and west coast.
Ventura said that a security officer named D-Roc said after a so-called “freak off” that Knight, the former CEO of Death Row Records and a long-time rival from Combs, was discovered at Mel’s. Despite her requests to stop, Ventura said that Combs had packed his weapons and went to the restaurant to face Knight.
“I cried. I screamed, please, please, please don’t do anything,” said Ventura last week.
James told the jurors on the other side of the story and described D-Roc, who confronted himself with Knight when she picked up for combs from Mel’s Cheeseburger.
“We entered the parking lot and over a D-Roc view and says: ‘This is Motherf ——- Suge Knight’,” said James, describing how he drove back to the Combs house to find Combs and Ventura. “Cassie looked very desperate. She told him not to go,” said James.
James said that Combs, supposedly with three weapons on his lap, ordered him to drive back to the diner. At that moment, he said, finally prompted him to no longer work for Combs.
“I was really impressed. For the first time I realized Mr. Combs’ assistant that my life was in danger,” said James.
The prosecutors have accused that Combs and his alleged employees use “violence, use of firearms, threats to violence, compulsion” to protect and promote the “power of the company of the combs”.
James also said that they bought and supply drugs for combs and demolished the hotel rooms of the moguls with baby oil, astroglide lubricants, condoms and prophylactics. He told the jury that he was accidentally entering a freaky off with Ventura and a male sex worker.
When James was interviewed by defenders, he said that he once had sex with a prostitute and refused to pay for their services and that he got into a physical discussion with another Combs employee. James said he spoke to prosecutors as part of a PROFER agreement, which means that he had immunity because of everything he said at the stand.
“Did you give you a kind of immunity?” Defender Marc Agnifilo asked.
“I would have to ask my lawyer this question,” he said. “My lawyer said I have no legal visibility.”
Cassie Ventura’s mother testifies to Combs, who blackmailed her daughter
Regina Ventura, the mother of the Star Cassie Ventura, stood on Tuesday to testify that he has taken up an equity loan to pay combs to prevent him from pursuing an alleged threat to the liberation of a sex in her daughter.
“The threats that Sean ‘Puffy’ Combs made to me are that … he will publish 2 explicit sex bands of mine,” Ventura wrote in an e -mail to her mother and Combs’ Assistant Caprark Clark on December 23, 2011. Jurors saw the e -mail, as Cassie Ventura last week.

“I was physically ill. I didn’t understand much of it. The sex bands threw me,” said Regina Ventura about the threat.
Regina Ventura said that she and her husband decided to take out a loan so that she could send Combs the $ 20,000 he asked, even though he had ultimately returned the money.
“We decided that we could only get the money,” she said. “I was afraid of my daughter’s security.”
Regina Ventura also informed the jury that she had decided to photograph the injuries that her daughter had supposedly suffered under comb so that they would have a record of the alleged abuse.
About 15 years after she had documented the injuries, the prosecutors showed the jury’s photos last week to underline Cassie Ventura’s testimony about the violence she suffered in Combs’ hands.
This picture published by the public prosecutor shows bruises to Cassie Ventura.

“The Punisher” testifies to a dozen alleged outflow guys
Male escort Sharay Hayes, who is professionally known as Punisher, told the jury that he had met Combs and Cassie Ventura in 2012 when he was hired to create a “sexy erotic scene” that Ventura said was Combs’ birthday. He said that he got his nickname when he was a teenager based on the way he played basketball.
He said that Ventura, who used the name Janet when booking sex workers, instructed him to come to the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Central Park West in Manhattan to carry out a strip act. When he arrived, Ventura asked him to cover her baby oil while Combs watched, said Hayes.
“I was expressly told that they should not recognize their husband. Try not to look at him. No communication between me and him,” said Hayes. “The room was weakly illuminated, maybe electronic candles. All furniture was covered with leaves and there was an area for which I could sit and that it was sitting opposite me. There were bowls with water and bottles of baby oil.”
Hayes told the jurors that Combs was naked for the encounter and wore a veil, occasionally masturbated during the interaction and offered Ventura “subtle directions”.
After her first interaction, Hayes said that he had worked for the couple another eight to 12 times and received 1,200 to 2,000 US dollars.
During her last encounter, Hayes said that Combs had instructed him to have sex with Ventura, but declined because he could not appear sexually under “A lot of pressure”.
Hayes was examined by the Combs lawyers and said that he believed that Ventura was probably well -being during the exchange and possibly interrupted the argument that she had forced to participate.
“I didn’t get any clues, there was some discomfort,” said Hayes when he was asked whether Ventura seemed uncomfortable with the encounters.
The question of whether Ventura was voluntarily forced or participated is one of the most critical questions about persecution of the former cultural icons.

Jurors see evidence of weapons with unknown serial numbers
For the last witness of the day, the jurors heard from a federal agent who had testified that they had restored several storm style weapons from the Combs residence in Miami Beach when he was attacked in March 2024. Agent Gerard Gannon said that the serial numbers of the weapons were discharged-a violation of the federal fire weapons laws.
Gannon held parts of the weapons in court for the jury and said that the investigators had a 30-round magazine with 19 laps and a full 10-round magazine in Combs’ at home.
The prosecutors supposedly have combs and his employees rely on “violence, use of firearms [and] Threats of violence “to operate your criminal company.
