Rap rivalries, sex performances and attack weapons in focus against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in focus

A run-in with a competing recutation manager at Mel’s drive-in, attack weapons with illegally discovered serial numbers and a sexual performance in the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Central Park West were some of the topics that the juries heard in the Sean Combs criminal proceedings on Tuesday when the prosecutors tried to build their case with the rap mogul.

In almost six hours of testimony on the 11th day of the court proceedings, the Federal Prosecutor’s Office called in the former personal assistants of the Combs, a federal agent, the mother of the government of the government and a sex worker “The Punisher”.

James said that Combs, supposedly with three weapons on his lap, ordered him to drive back to the diner. At that moment, he said, finally prompted him to no longer work for Combs.

“I was really impressed. For the first time I realized Mr. Combs’ assistant that my life was in danger,” said James.

The prosecutors have accused that Combs and his alleged employees use “violence, use of firearms, threats to violence, compulsion” to protect and promote the “power of the company of the combs”.

James also said that they bought and supply drugs for combs and demolished the hotel rooms of the moguls with baby oil, astroglide lubricants, condoms and prophylactics. He told the jury that he was accidentally entering a freaky off with Ventura and a male sex worker.

When James was interviewed by defenders, he said that he once had sex with a prostitute and refused to pay for their services and that he got into a physical discussion with another Combs employee. James said he spoke to prosecutors as part of a PROFER agreement, which means that he had immunity because of everything he said at the stand.

During her last encounter, Hayes said that Combs had instructed him to have sex with Ventura, but declined because he could not appear sexually under “A lot of pressure”.

Jurors see evidence of weapons with unknown serial numbers

For the last witness of the day, the jurors heard from a federal agent who had testified that they had restored several storm style weapons from the Combs residence in Miami Beach when he was attacked in March 2024. Agent Gerard Gannon said that the serial numbers of the weapons were discharged-a violation of the federal fire weapons laws.

Gannon held parts of the weapons in court for the jury and said that the investigators had a 30-round magazine with 19 laps and a full 10-round magazine in Combs’ at home.

The prosecutors supposedly have combs and his employees rely on “violence, use of firearms [and] Threats of violence “to operate your criminal company.
