Requirements – Senior React & Ruby:
- Over 5 years of software development experience
- Over 3 years of commercial experience with React.js and Ruby and Ruby on Rails
Requirements – Senior Ruby & Node (GMT -5:00) Eastern Time (US and Canada), Bogota, Lima, or any other time zone with at least 4 hours of overlap per day:
- Over 7 years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Over 5 years experience with node.js
- Over 2 years of experience working at SaaS Companies is a powerful plus
- Experience using relational databases, especially postgreSQL
- Understanding the design and development of a peaceful API
- Typescript exposure in development environment
- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NOSQL databases
- Ability and motivation to quickly learn new tools, technologies and systems
- Powerful problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Requirements Senior React & Python:
- Over 4 years of software development experience.
- Over 3 years of commercial experience in React.js and Python.
- Over 3 years of experience in AWS, Django, and Typescript is required.
Other requirements:
- Powerful Technical Skills: As a senior developer, you are expected to create projects from scratch and have a deeper understanding of application architecture.
- Clear and effective communication in English – Advanced ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues. Good self-presentation is also essential for future client calls.
- Powerful self-organization skills – the ability to work remotely, full-time, without supervision.
- Reliability – We want to trust you and hope you will not disappoint us and our clients.
- Adaptability and Flexibility – The ability to quickly install and start delivering results quickly after accepting a project.
