Job Type: Contracts for the Company: The AVA Foundation’s mission is to create a decentralized, self-sufficient, blockchain-based loyalty ecosystem. At the heart of the ecosystem is the Ava Token, which serves as the native token for Travala, a world-leading travel booking service backed by Binance. AVA serves as the key to accessing the AVA Smart program with Travala, offering perks to travelers such as Crypto Travel Rewards, Travel Discounts and more. Reintroducing loyalty programs into the Web3 era by tokenizing the concept of loyalty reward programs using blockchain technology. Position Summary: Growth Directors play a key role in driving strategic and tactical initiatives that promote user acquisition, engagement and retention. This role is perfect for those with a deep understanding of their passion for both Web3 ecosystems, experimental and data-driven approaches, and partnership management and community engagement. You are responsible for leading a small team of contributors and working together through marketing, product, partnerships and engineering to create and implement growth strategies that deliver stellar results. As a completely remote role, the ideal candidate will eager to have an exceptional culture of positivity, the ability to manage and see ideas through minimal direction, a desire to work with other contributors to discuss ideas, and to have a genuine positive impact on the AVA ecosystem. Main responsibility: 1. Growth Strategy Development: • Define, implement and refine scalable growth strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, engagement and retention across product suites. •Develop growth models and KPIs tailored to Web3 dynamics, focusing on decentralization, community, and token-based incentives. • Identify growth levers and test growth hypotheses through rapid experiments. 2. Partnerships and Business Development: • Identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive growth and expand product reach. • Design campaigns using Web3 projects, exchanges, and ecosystems that amplify growth by leveraging partner communities and cross-marketing strategies. • Analyse the market and leverage networks to identify potential collaboration opportunities, emerging trends and competitive situations. 3. Data-Driven Growth: • Leads data analysis and growth modeling to identify new opportunities and measure effectiveness. • Perform in-depth analysis to understand user behavior and growth drivers, and regularly report insights and adjustments to stakeholders. • Oversee real-time growth metrics such as user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue. 4. Build and engage Community: • Drive community growth strategies that attract new users, existing members and partners, increasing the presence of your company’s brand. • It becomes an important part of the community by establishing a presence that encourages meaningful engagement and open discussion through regular community interactions. • Appears in audiovisual media such as interviews, podcasts, and AMA to establish yourself as the face of the AVA Foundation. 5. Product-Driven Growth: • Salary new initiatives from the AVA Smart program and refine existing initiatives to ensure that the programme is tailored to evolving user needs and market trends. • Work with product teams to develop and optimize user journeys (onboarding, interfaces, etc.) to reduce friction points and increase conversion, activation and retention. • Continuingly refine our product roadmap to prioritize features and improvements that have the highest impact on growth metrics. Skills and Qualifications: • Over 5 years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, or product roles. In the leadership role in the Web3 field, at least two years. •A deep understanding of the Web3 landscape, including key user segments, trends and challenges for adoption. • Powerful analytical skills with proficiency in data tools and results-driven thinking. •Experience lead growth initiatives with powerful experimental approaches, including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven experiments. •Savvy about Web3’s community-building dynamics, including Incentivized Growth Models and Loyalty Programs (for example, Tokenomics, Rewards). • Be satisfied with the promotion, accept the opportunity to speak and maintain an active presence within the community. •Excellent leadership, communication, autonomy, positivity, and project management skills. Ability to promote efficient and influential functions.
