A long -awaited hearing on Tuesday will determine whether two brothers who killed their wealthy parents in their manor house of Beverly Hills could be released from prison after three decades.
After months of delay, a judge will hear two days of arguments for both and against Erik and Lyle Menendez ‘offer to maintain a lower judgment – which could ultimately lead to their probation.
