LSU Shreveport was the first college baseball team to get undefeated and ended with 59-0 when the NAIA championship in Lewiston, Idaho, won.

The perfect season of the pilots ended with a 13:7 win over Southeasters (Florida) on Friday evening and gave the 10,000-school school in the northwest of Louisiana in every sport.

For 25 years, LSU Shreveport has been one of the top programs in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, which rules sport in 241 mainly small colleges across the country.
