A Slidell woman was arrested and accused of helping a refugee who still appeared from the massive jailbreak exception of New Orleans, the Louisiana state police said.
Connie Weeden, 59, was taken into custody in Slidell and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on Thursday. In addition to prison workers, she is the third person who was arrested because she supported the escaped inmates of the Orlean Justice Center.
